How long do orders take?

Our production time can be found (in red) on every product page, the homepage and the checkout page. Usually 10 business days. Please note, 'production time' is the time it takes us to dispatch your order and delivery time is in addition.

I haven't received an order confirmation email?

As long as you inputted your email address correctly - please check your junk/spam mail as often or not we will have just been filtered. If you have provided a mobile phone number only, your order confirmation will be an SMS message instead.

Will I receive a dispatch notification?

Yes all website orders will receive a dispatch email with parcel tracking. Or an SMS message if you only provided your mobile phone number.

I have sent an enquiry and not yet received a reply? 

Our team all play a part in the manufacturing of our products, therefore during busy times of the day we will be busy being hands on! Please don't worry we will reply to messages as soon as we can.
